If you have a J.Crew Very Personal Stylist, you receive benefits such as free shipping, 24/7 availability and a personal shopper who knows what you are looking for.  J.Crew knows their customers have busy lifestyles, which is why they want to make shopping as painless as possible by sending items right to your door for you to try on in the convenience of your own home.

Propose: A Mobile App

J.Crew does not have a mobile app available (although, they do have a basic mobile site) and I would want to create one to further benefit their business. Their customers are on the go and are busy individuals, why not let them shop and have fun while browsing at their own convenience. The app would be creative and interactive, not boring, basic or straight to the point of shopping. 

*Right now J.Crew has an in store only app available for the store's iPads. The app allows shoppers to use the very personal stylist and make appointments.
