Globalization

Over the years J.Crew has grown and become international. They ship to over 100 international countries and have a flat rate shipping to Japan, US and Canada. There are different currency's available for the country the customer is shopping in. The language and sizing do not change, if you choose a different country, which J.Crew could improve on. The layout of the site, products, and marketing campaigns are the same in regards to the different countries. I think it would be more beneficial to J.Crew and their international customers to show different advertisements and marketing campaigns to target customers more demographically and make the site more cultural towards their international customers.
